Not every Muslim is a terrorist, but every terrorist is a Muslim.
Even though this topic might be a bit uninteresting to some, it's a very important one too. It's about people who commit crimes against humanity and acts of terrorism, but don't come from from dark caves in Afghanistan or deserts in Saudi Arabia, they live or up to recently lived in a European country and their religion wasn't islam. It's about pro-russian terrorists who are or were fighting in E. Ukraine.
Up to recently, the starting quote of this article was quite accurate. Terror attacks in the world were indeed mainly conducted by muslim fundamentalists, however, with the terror campaign against the Ukrainian population planned and executed by russia this is no longer true. Furthermore, since the deliberate downing of MH-17 by russian terrorists with russian anti-aircraft systems killing 298 innocent civilians, these groups (currently calling themselves as LPR/DPR) can be generally considered as terrorist organization along with ISIS, Hamas, or Al-Qaeda.
In this article I'm summarizing the list of terrorists and their supporters who are not of russian descent but have a Slovak citizenship and thus hold an EU passport. Although the list is not long since only few Slovaks are fighting in E.Ukraine on side of russian terrorists and so far it seems that only few support them, their fanatism, hatred against the western values and readiness to kill for their views is comparable to that of muslim terrorists and in this regard these individuals should be treated as such.
Furthermore, sharing this list is also motivated by the fact that the Slovak Intelligence Service (SIS) has performed and is still performing extraordinary sloppy, not only in stopping these particular individuals in becoming terrorists when it was clear that they would commit crimes, or in monitoring the activities of russian secret service in Slovakia who are likely involved in recruiting volunteers to become terrorists in E. Ukraine, but performed extremely poorly also on other occasions concerning the fight against the terrorism in general. Since the SIS is doing such an extremely poor job on this, jeopardizing the safety of the whole EU by allowing Slovakia to become a "safe heaven" for the russian secret service operations (including terror-supporting activities), and there is no prospect of improving the SIS performance during the legislation period of the current Slovak government, some investigators had to take matters into their own hands.
This post is based partialy on the investigative work of the blogger Jan Bencik who summarized publicly available information from social media and created a list and profiles of Slovak terrorists fighting in E. Ukraine. I'm sharing his investigative work and partially adding my interpretation of it in order to make them wider available also for non-slovak speaking world. The reason is sharing information (and making them easier available) that might be of some interest to either the secret services or general public in other countries, so that these individuals would be watched for their activities in case they decide to return from E. Ukraine, the Slovak justice system fails to hold them responsible for their crimes and they decide to leave for hiding in other EU countries or in the U.S. Some of them might pose a threat to general public. It is also interesting to observe, that most of the people on the list who joined russian terrorist forces are usually low-lives with personal problems, and very often criminals without any future.

Description:
Photo of Keprta
With an average IQ, Keprta is a typical 'Eric Harris' personality. His social incapability during his school years amplified by his health problems (Keprta suffers from asthma) has lead him to social isolation. His school comrades described him as 'socially awkward' and 'non-sporty', this is perhaps why he sought company in obscure neo-nazi groups and solace in computer games. For a short time he attended university to study computer science, but quickly realized he wouldn't make it and left. Besides computer games he was an airsoft enthusiast which together with his hatred against the western media and blind adoration of russian media ( ... you should also read russian media ria novosti or russian.rt I think they're better than western media... ) and his hatred against the EU ( I don't like the values that propagates the EU. From LGBT, to humanism... ) was one of the reasons he joined the ranks of pro-russian terrorists in E. Ukraine. He leaves to Ukraine on September 13 2014 and joins the terror brigade "Fifteen". He is lightly wounded on February 17 2015 in Debalceve either with a sniper shot or a shrapnel to his face. After the recovery he continues to recruit newcomers into the terror ranks of DPR.

Photo of Branicky
Before joining ranks of terrorists in E. Ukraine, Branicky was working as a truck driver. According to his wife, "he simply left" in summer 2014 and let her and their two children alone. According to him: When I saw how they killed small children I said to myself it has to be stopped. . The real reasons why he left to E. Ukraine to become a terrorist are however much more prosaic - in summer 2014 he was sentenced to 4 years in prison by a criminal court for fraud. To the local police he was a well known con-man. He was charged in about 20 different cases of economic criminal activity, theft, fraud and tax evasion in most of which he was or is about to be pledged guilty in absence. Seeing this coming and together with brainwashing from russian media sources this was the reason for the abrupt leave to E. Ukraine. According to his own words if he would return to Slovakia he would face a 30 years in prison, thus he has no intention to return.

Photo of Potocky on an anti-West demonstration
Potocky is a former French foreign legion mercenary with an actual fighting experience. In the past he was active in Slovak anti-government rallies and similarly as Keprta got involved with a neo-nazi party "Nase Slovensko" ("Our Slovakia"). He had a traumatic childhood, his father was alcoholic who used to abuse him regularly. According to his friend he is "a regular nutcase, pathologically self-centered, suffering of megalomania and is intrinsically incapable of living a normal life outside the army, yet he can be counted on when needed". Furthermore he has a normal IQ, is manually skilled and can be very dedicated. He has spent about 15 years in the army and French foreign legion, he was deployed in Yugoslavia during the war, has practical experience with explosives and booby-traps, light and medium machine guns and has undergone an anti-terror training. He has a pathologically deformed world-view, feels a fanatic hatred against the EU and NATO - during the anti-government rallies he used to step on and burn the EU flag. On July 25 2014 Potocky goes to E. Ukraine and joins the terrorist "battalion Ghost" of the infamous Alexei Mozgovoj (who was later killed). In Slovakia he left his wife who tried to divorce him because of abuse charges and daughter who doesn't recognize him as her father.

Age: 39
From: Sasova, Slovakia
Description:
Photo of Reitmann
As a drug addict and a car thief Reitman has a record of 7 offences due to which he was 3 times imprisoned. He was involved with organized crime, doing "dirty jobs" for mafia in the city of Banska Bystrica, Slovakia. He is a fanatic russophile with an under average IQ, possibly suffering from a light form of personality disorder. According to his own statements, he went to E. Ukraine in June 2014 and served in the "Ghost battalion" together with Potocky. In August 2014 he was wounded to the side by a sniper and was brought to the hospital in Krasnyi Luch and later evacuated to the russian town of Novoshachtinsk (Rostov oblast) where he was released on September 17 2014 because he didn't have any personal documents. It's not known what happened in the meantime, but he rejoined the terrorist groups on July 14 2015, this time in Donetsk and is serving there until today. Apparently Reitman and Potocky had an argument going on where Reitman accused Potocky of thievery and Potocky accused Reitman of "being a jew". Since his injury Reitman is not serving in the "Ghost battalion" anymore.

Photo of Rohac
There are no indication that Rohac has either a wife or children, his only family are his two brothers. Rohac went to E. Ukraine on July 3 2014 and has joined terrorist ranks on July 6 2014. During his service he was operating a sniper rifle and a mortar. In August 2014 he was captured by Ukrainian forces during the battle of Ilovaysk in which most of his co-terrorist were killed, including his commander. On September 4 2014 he was released from captivity in prisoners exchange. The time in Ukrainian captivity has changed him to the point that he doesn't want to fight anymore directly, but wants to help russian terrorists in "other ways". All his personal documents were seized for good by the Ukrainian authorities after he was captured.

Name: Michal Bohm
Age: 28
From: Partizanske,
Slovakia
Description:
Bohm - the second from right. The first from right is Potocky. Also on picture are Moravcova and Mocko (mentioned later).
Bohm has arrived to E. Ukraine together with his co-terrorist Potocky on July 25 2014 and together they served along with Reitman in the "Ghost battalion". Similarly as Reitman he was wounded to his lower right leg with a gun shot during the battle of Fedotovka on August 26 2014. He then was brought to the hospital in Rovenki and later escorted to Novoshachtinsk (Rostov oblast). After his recovery it is rumoured he might have returned back to Slovakia. It is questionable whether he was or is being charged for his terrorist crimes at all.
Name: Kristina Ulmanova
Age: 52
From: Bratislava,
Slovakia
Description:
Photo of Ulmanova
Although Ulmanova didn't fight directly in E. Ukraine, apparently she is a recruiter of terrorists in
Slovakia. Under the cover of delivering "humanitarian aid" together with a later listed Filip Galambos they bring terrorists to E. Ukraine and enrol them to the terrorist groups. That was the case with Rohac, Reitman, and most likely also Potocky and Bohm. Their favourite route is by car through Poland, Belarus, Russia and E. Ukraine, but sometimes use plane transportation (Rohac). Together with Galambos she is involved in a negligible Slovak political party called "Odvaha" ("Courage"). She has one daughter with the same name, age 30, that lives in Canberra, Australia.
Other figures involved with the Slovak terrorists
The following individuals are or were involved with the above mentioned terrorists and were helping them to reach their destination, or even spent some time in E. Ukraine with them. Their direct involvement in terrorist activities however cannot be proven and most likely they "only" work as recruiters or as transport for terrorists.
Filip Galambos:
Confirmed to have spent some time in E. Ukraine with Potocky, and possibly Reitman and Bohm. He travelled with Rohac to E.Ukraine. Together with Ulmanova he is also involved in the "Odvaha" party.

Veronika Moravcova:
Transporting Bohm and Potocky to E. Ukraine under the cover of sending "humanitarian aid". Spending some time in E. Ukraine, however no terrorist activities can be concluded. Very active in participation of pro-russian rallies.
Photo of Moravcova
Maximilian Mocko: The same as for Moravcova.

Vitaly Rus: This is not his true name. He is also not Slovak, he is a russian citizen. He was involved in transporting Rohac to E. Ukraine and he might be link between the couriers - Ulmanova & co. and the leaders of russian terrorist battalions in E. Ukraine, explaining how it was possible that the persons could so easily and quickly enter the ranks of russian terrorists in E. Ukraine.
Photo of "Vitaly Rus" which is his Facebook name. His true name is unknown.
That's it for now. I'll post updates if new names emerge, yet it would be interesting to create such list also for citizens of other countries such as the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary or Serbia. From the Czech Republic I know of some names such as Pavel Botka or Jiri Urbanek, but there are many more terrorist than these two.
